Cancellation terms

If an appointment is cancelled, the traveller must pay the following cancellation fee, regardless to any booking costs:

more than 100 days before departure date 0%

100 to 42 days before departure date 30%

42 to 28 days before departure date 60%

28 days to 1 day before departure date 90%

Within 24 hours on the departure date or later 100%
